The Story

Aiden Pugh is a University of Bath educated personal trainer and certified Hyrox coach based in Oxfordshire. With a BSc in Sports Management & Coaching and a relentless passion for performance, Aiden brings an evidence based, results driven approach to every client he works with.

Whether you're training for your first Hyrox race, aiming to build serious strength, or simply want to feel better in your body — Aiden's coaching is built around you. No generic programmes. No guesswork. Just structured, progressive training with a coach who genuinely cares about your results.

Aiden trains clients ranging from complete beginners to competitive athletes — and he brings the same level of focus and preparation to every single session. His coaching philosophy is built on three principles: progressive overload, intelligent recovery, and genuine accountability.

When he is not in the gym, Aiden is likely preparing for his next endurance event. His experience competing at the absolute limits of human performance — including the World's Coldest Ultramarathon — gives him an understanding of mental and physical resilience that goes far beyond anything you will find in a textbook.
